You are responsible for ensuring that any graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material you provide to us at RuffDawg via email, or post on instagram with #ruffdawgtoys does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party or is provided or posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
No purchase necessary, photos do not need to include any Ruffdawg products to win! Photos and video submissions must include only pets and must not include any human family members or friends. If there are humans in the photo, they may be cropped out by our designers at ruffdawg in order to make them unrecognizeable. Pet safety and comfort should be considered at all times. Photos and video must not include unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, indecent, obscene, violent, vulgar, pornographic or profane material, material that violates the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties, or material that otherwise violates these Official Rules in whole or in part.
By submitting your photo or video, you acknowledge and agree that your photo or video may be posted online on RuffDawg’s website. Any photo or video that contains humans or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or not suitable will be disqualified at the sole discretion of RuffDawg.
You agree that by posting messages, hashtagging photos, emailing files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication with dogs@ruffdawg.com or through @ruffdawgtoys, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, display, or sublicense any such communication in any medium (now in existence or hereinafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so.
In addition, please be aware that information you disclose in publicly accessible portions of the Website and Instagram feed will be available to all visitors to www.ruffdawg.com, and/or all followers of @ruffdawgtoys, so you should be mindful of personal information and other content you may wish to post.
We reserve the right to review all photos before posting, and to and decide which and how many photos uploaded will be displayed on www.ruffdawg.com. We may not display any or all photos uploaded.
There may be a delay before photos uploaded will appear on the gallery page on www.ruffdawg.com.
